SHIPPING + RETURNS
All orders have a flat shipping fee of $5. Your order will ship within 5-7 business days after their order is submitted via USPS First Class Mail (or Priority depending upon weight). FedEx 2day Air and FedEx Overnight delivery are available at checkout for an additional price and will be shipped out the next business day. Weekend deliveries are not available.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. When an order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS/FedEx tracking number.
We know you will love your Wildflowers purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If your return is postmarked after our 14-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you. In order for you to return your item(s), simply print out our easy to use return form and prepaid shipping label and follow the instructions. You should send us the merchandise, along with the return form, using our prepaid shipping label OR send the package using the carrier of their choice. The purchase price will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment used at checkout. You will not be charged for using the prepaid shipping label.

To make an exchange, have the customer return the item(s) to Wildflowers Clothing within 14 days of receipt, using the prepaid shipping label. They can place a new order with you anytime. When we receive the items, your customer will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
To make a Hostess order exchange, simply return the item(s) to Wildflowers Clothing, within 14 days of receipt, using our FREE prepaid shipping label and fill out our exchange form here.
A hostess may exchange a discounted item for any item available during the release in which the discount was earned, or a previous release.
Item purchased with clothing credit.
Clothing credit will be applied to new item. If new item is more expensive the hostess is responsible to pay the difference. If the the item is less expensive the remaining credit balance will be forfeited.
Item purchased with half off discount.
Half off discount will be applied to new item. If new item is more expensive the hostess is responsible to pay the difference. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference paid.
If you choose not to exchange and simply return, the discounts will be forfeited.
Wildflowers honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within three days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Multiple discounts or promotions cannot be combined. Only one promotion or discount can be applied to an order. Select sales are not applicable for price adjustments.
