As a Wildflowers Consultant, you are an independent business owner. As your business partner, we are here to provide you with all the tools and support necessary to become a successful part of our team. All you need is hard work, a great attitude, and a willingness to invest in your business.
Every year we will have a Spring and Fall girl’s, boy’s, and women’s clothing collection consisting of 4 releases. We have a range of sizes available starting at 3M and up to size 14. We want every little girl to feel like she is beautiful and ready to conquer anything!
RESPONSIBILITIES + TIME COMMITMENT
Any new business will take a lot of time and effort to be successful. A new Consultant can expect to spend anywhere from 30 to 40 hours per week working on their business. Travel is certainly expected, especially as Wildflowers grows! A benefit of travel is that your potential if growing your team increases exponentially. In addition to selling you will spend time taking orders at Pop-Up Parties, recruiting hostesses, answering phone calls and e-mails, providing customer service, marketing your business, maintaining your Facebook Business Page, and following up with any hostess/customer leads.
We want your business to be successful, so we are here to help every step of the way. Our home office hosts training calls, provides guidelines and training materials, and is always available to help you with any challenges.
Let’s not forget conference! Our home office organizes an annual conference that provides you with valuable information for your upcoming selling season — including detailed information about the clothes, marketing tips, and Seeds of Hope. Conference is a great way to network and bond with your fellow Consultants as well.
SUPPLIES + EXPENSES
Your trunk is the number one tool you will need to show your customers the wonderful options available for their little Wildflowers. Your first season’s trunk cost is $1,550 and each season following your trunk cost is $1,550. It will be broken into 4 equal payments of $375. You may sell your samples at the end of each season. By selling 70% of your samples at the end of the season at half price, you will earn back your initial trunk investment plus your next season’s first trunk deposit!

- All clothing pieces and accessories for the season (some exclusions may apply)
- All hangers needed for the collection
- Display rack
- Invitations and inserts
- Hostess benefits brochures
- Collection Guides
SALES REQUIREMENTS + COMMISSIONS
- Earn up to 25% commission on your sales
- Receive 12 pieces at 50% off
- Earn up to 10% commission on your first downline
- Earn up to 5% on your second downline
- Minimum monthly requirement of $3,000 in sales to be considered an active Consultant
